Santa Claus (contract/ freelance)
We’re looking for competent, passionate people to personify Santa Claus from November 9, 2020 to January 1, 2021. Our Santa’s will work private and corporate events, Christmas parties with gift distribution, shopping centers, and more.
It’s time to plan the Holidays and we’re looking for friendly, professional, passionate people to personify Santa Claus between November 9, 2020 and January 1, 2021. Contracts will assign you to private and corporate events, gift distribution, shopping malls, and more.
To ensure your safety and that of the children, our services have been adapted to abide by current pandemic guidelines.
Personal qualities
- Embodies the character
- Displays a positive, joyful, friendly demeanour and is a good listener
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in children
- Has a good imagination and is aware of current events
- Answers sensitive questions with tact and empathy (separation, divorce, death…)
- Manages stress
- Travels on request throughout Quebec and works days, evenings and weekends per the contract.
Knowledge
- Stays aware of new, trending toys to understand what children are requesting
- Uses appropriate language at all times
Physical attributes
- Looks the part, so the character is more credible for kids
- Smiles with his eyes
- Speaks in a warm voice and masters the critical ‘Ho Ho Ho!’
Experience
- Experienced with youth
- Played Santa Claus in past experiences
- Communicates in both English and French. Other languages are a plus
Note :
- Mandatory training will be provided
- A background check and clean criminal record are required
Mère Noël, Fée des étoiles, Lutin (contractuel/ pigiste)
Nous recherchons des personnes compétentes et passionnées pour personnifier la Mère Noël, des Fées des étoiles et des lutins, du 9 novembre 2020 au 1er janvier 2022 lors d’événements privés, corporatifs, dépouillements, centres commerciaux, etc.
En temps de pandémie, nos services ont été adaptés pour assurer votre sécurité et celle des enfants.
Responsabilités et fonctions
- Animer des ateliers pour enfants (bricolage, jeux, etc.)
- Gérer des files d’attente
- Distribuer des produits et certains échantillonnages
- Décrire des activités à la clientèle
- Incarner un personnage
- Inviter et interpeller les clients
Profil recherché
- Aimer travailler avec les enfants
- Disponible à voyager à travers le Québec
- Habilités à communiquer devant un groupe
- Esprit d’équipe, capacité d’adaptation et flexibilité
- Rigueur, souci du détail et sens de l’organisation
- Excellent sens des responsabilités et des priorités
- Dynamique, travaillant, fiable et responsable
- Disponible à travailler les jours, soirs et fins de semaine selon les contrats
Atouts
- Expérience auprès des jeunes
- Expérience en animation à contenu éducatif
- Expérience en intervention
- Expérience dans les camps de jour
